Of course, rolling back to IE8 will solve the problem too. Outlook 2003 and earlier: convert the message to HTML if it's Rich Text or Plain Text. But printing a mail with four sentences a complete Site will be printed. Then printing form outlook 2003 did not cause any more problems. check over here

Dave. I can send these emails to other users and they print OK - just my setup will not print. Guest I've found that when I have KB969897 installed, I can't print HTML and when I have it removed, I can. Seriously considering switching over to a cloudbased Linux platform .......

  1. Outlook 2010: open the message in its own window, then click Actions, Edit Message, then on the Options tab, change to HTML.

From the looks of it, this computer does not like the PCL6 for some reason. Graphics files are printed through 3rd party software, pdf files through acrobat reader, other formats are printed through applications associated to attachments type.
