- If I remember correctly, in Outlook 2000 (you're lucky here, 2003 doesn't let you do this), you can go into Tools - Email Accounts and export your account settings.

Althought in outlook 2007 doesn't appear contacts i had to pst, neither at the converted one or to unicode one.
