Dirt and dust can also cause issues that look like memory problems. If anyone has any suggestions that could lead to this problem I would love to hear them. The RAMs seems to be loose. It's hard to find someone who knows a lot and is willing to take the time to share that knowledge too!So, here's my problem...

Oddly enough, if I leave one stick in there the computer will run perfectly fine.

I guess you'll have to either replace the motherboard or use it as is. I recommend you to inspect recently installed/uninstalled software that may concern the system files. The ram needed some gentle persuasion a few times to seat it just right.... A good way to solve this issue is to take out the memory module and rub the golden rim with a clean eraser (yep, the same eraser you use at schools).

I wrote down every single thing and made sure that the RAM I got from Newegg said the exact same thing. Was able to get it to boot up once by applying pressure to the memory stick but have not been able to do so again.

I'm loathe to give up on the RAM I bought for my upgrade and am hoping you can spot the problem. If one of the slots fails you'll have to replace the whole motherboard or use the laptop with only one working slot. satellite p105, it doesnt boot at all.
