Why Oh Why can't Microsoft give us end-users a choice to what WMP version we want? I just recently moved away from other softwares to WMP11 because it seemed FINALLY it had some nice features (MICROSOFT, ADD "SPACE" TO PLAY/STOP IMMEDIATLY ... you can't play them, since THEY DON'T EXIST! 3. well, the reason i wanted to change back to an earlier version is because i am having problems with both WMP10 and 11... If you try to uninstall it, you will only be removing access to it. I then realized after a while that all of that stuff was all unecessary and I just needed a regular music player. It only works if I click on run as administrator, but not when I click a music file.

The render engine in WMP-10 can handle moving back using the Tracker or Bookmarks and resume playing in 1 to5 frames.
