The above only applies to music in your music library in the cloud, though. I have the same tv in the living room and just play the music through that tv by stick or external hdd on tv media play. I'm having the same problems. 1. Microsoft says that the app will appear as part of Windows update, though as of the time of this writing, none of our test machines have yet received it. I add an album art for one song on my desktop (I had more songs on desktop but I didn't add album art for them). What cell phone are you using?
Now when looking at my music files on my Dvico all the album art work does not come up. Looking at these files with various tag editors, there were no apparent tags present at all in the files … yet still the embedded pictures. I delete them from where I have my songs stored, but as soon as I open up win. I do not need to see some person's face staring at me every time I play a song and it seems all MP3 players these days support pics and videos.
Changing the song artist to match the album artist fixed the issue and now the image displays. Re-writing the tags could have destroyed the artwork. All I downloaded was 12 videos, and now it won't do that anymore. u were really helpful.
