If you are trying to add your own info by clicking Edit on the Existing Info side of the Find Album Information box, you are right this doesn't work. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. Tools > Internet Options > advanced tab "disable script debigging" (it was checked).
