Is there anyway I can somehow do an ftp or manual download of the guide data? Microsoft? However, I'm not sure what to suggest to try to narrow this down further. I'm sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Guessing its not really a content server issue. Then open Media Center, go to Settings, then TV, then Guide, then Set up Guide Listings and configureguide download one more time to regenerate this folder and (hopefully) the contents Media
